Job summary

Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift coverage. Full-time or part-time opportunities exist, with hours from 11pm to 7am and a competitive pay rate of $37-$46 per hour, all-inclusive.

Daily pay is available. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, monitor resident conditions, and follow individualized care plans to support resident health and dignity.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered RN license to practice in NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation per orders, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
