Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey. Full-time, part-time and PRN roles with shifts from 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM are available. Earn $37–$42 per hour with same-day pay options.

We offer compassionate care in a 120-bed facility, guided by core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence. RN duties include medication administration, care plan implementation, and documentation while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Able to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Minimum 1 year in sub-acute/long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PCC (Point Click Care) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to clinical team.
• Maintain complete documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred

• Experience in Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
