Complete Care at Willow Creek in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing nursing team in a beautifully renovated skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

We offer full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities, daily pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, resident-centered environment. Active NJ RN license is required; long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and accurately document changes.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.
• Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment.
