Job summary

Complete Care at Willow Creek in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time or per diem opportunities. Join a beautifully renovated skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that values compassionate, resident-centered care and supports your professional growth.

As an RN, you will assess and plan individualized resident care, administer medications, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ability to follow regulatory and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering care.
• Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.
• Foster a positive, resident-centered environment.
