Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and per-diem opportunities. You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and follow individualized care plans in a 164-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

FT shifts are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Hourly pay is $42–$48 plus a $3/hour evening/night differential; daily pay is available. NJ RN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered NJ RN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and the plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality resident care.
• Ensure infection control and nursing safety compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
