Job summary

Complete Care at Court House is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) who are committed to delivering exceptional care as part of a collaborative team. You will lead and support clinical care for our residents, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being in a culture built on respect and compassion.

The role offers flexible full-time scheduling (including every other weekend), a today-pay option, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing training to advance your nursing

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow physicians’ orders per resident care plans.
• Monitor and assess residents’ health, document changes, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
