Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and per-diem opportunities in New Jersey. The role involves delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring care plans are followed in a high-quality, compassionate setting.

With shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and optional PRN 8-hour shifts, you will benefit from a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires, competitive hourly rates, evening/night differentials, and

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NJ.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and care plan.
• Follow and implement Nurse Manager care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
