Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Full-Time and Per-Diem opportunities in New Jersey. Shifts include 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (FT) with an additional 8-hour PRN shifts some weekends; a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires and $42–$48/hr with a $3/hr increase if benefits are waived for FT.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in NJ.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
