Job summary

Apploi in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. This full-time role supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts, under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include coordinating care and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. The ideal candidate has an RN license in the state, 2+ years of clinical nursing, and either 1 year of management experience

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
