Job summary

Newport Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide on-site nursing and attendant care for residents. You will ensure health and well-being while aligning with the organization's mission and values, with a shift differential for late-night hours.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting accurately. You will collaborate with NPs and Physicians, develop care plans, and participate in treatment team meetings to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold current, unrestricted RN license in the state of application.
• Pre-employment background check is required for the work location.
• CPR certification must be valid or obtained within 30 days of employment.

• Collaborating with Care Coordinators on medication management and refills.
• Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to enhance patient care.

• Collaborating with Care Coordinators regarding medication management and refills.
• Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance patient care.

What Makes You a Great Fit
