Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 + $2,000 sign on bonus
The Columbus Organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) throughout Northern California (mainly Chico and Redding area). Most work will be done from facilities in Chico or Redding but occasional community based travel may be required. This nursing role combines clinical assessment, care coordination, health advocacy, and consultation to help ensure individuals receive appropriate medical services, supports, and resources to maximize their health and quality of life.
The RN will partner closely with healthcare providers, families, care facilities, and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate healthcare needs, support access to specialized services, monitor medical status, and provide expert clinical guidance.
