Qualifications

• Active RN license in OH.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN).
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards.
