Fundamental in Granger, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate care in a nursing facility under state guidelines. You will collaborate with the nursing staff, observe patients, collect data, and communicate essential information to the care team.

Qualified candidates must be licensed in Indiana, have 1+ year LTC experience, and reliable transportation. This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work with a supportive team.

Posted Salary Range

USD $37.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
