Responsibilities

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease management and rehab strategies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and care teams for seamless care.

Shifts Available: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm & 6:30am-3:00pm

(NO WEEKENDS)

Baylor Weekends: 6:30pm-7:00pm (Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements:
