We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents and patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, and maintain accurate and detailed records.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Conduct patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop and implement effective care plans
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient charts and reports
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborate with our therapy team to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans
Current Alabama RN licensure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and transfer patients safely
