Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Rehab Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day and night shifts in an inpatient rehab setting. The role features a $36–$48.44/hour base pay, plus $2/hour for nights and $3/hour for weekends, with a $12,000 sign-on for days and $18,000 for nights.

Responsibilities include admissions/transfers, patient assessments, timely documentation in EPIC, interpreting labs and telemetry, transcribing orders, and patient/family

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and/or transfers handling.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
