Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Rehab Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day and night shifts to admit patients and perform comprehensive assessments. You will document in EPIC, interpret labs and telemetry, and ensure orders are transcribed accurately, with sign-on bonuses for days and nights and a strong benefits package.

Minimum qualifications include a valid RN license and BLS; BSN preferred or enrolled.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

$36 - $48.44 per hour + $2 per hour for nights + $3 per hour for weekends

Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 for days, and $18,000 for nights
