Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or ER nursing. The role includes monitoring occupational health programs, promoting health, documenting medical reports, and performing phlebotomy and immunizations.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7am–3pm; pay range $38–$42 per hour. Strong computer skills and ability to stand/walk for extended periods are required.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 2 years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
  • ACLS/AED certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and immunizations.

Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor occupational health programs – provide care, oversight, and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services.
  • Health promotion and education – develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician.
  • Medical reporting and compliance – provide accurate, well-documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed.
  • Health assessments and surveillance – conduct job-specific health assessments, pre-employment exams, and ongoing health surveillance.
  • First aid and injury case management – provide first aid care, manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and coordinate follow-up care per protocol.
  • Clinical expertise – perform phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and administer immunizations as required.
  • Occupational illness and injury consultation – work under established protocols to evaluate, monitor, and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries.

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.

Schedule & Pay:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm

What We’re Looking For:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • At least 2 years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/AED) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and immunizations.
  • Strong computer skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical data management.
  • Physical ability – Requires standing and walking for up to five hours per shift; infrequent lifting of up to 15 lbs.
