Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking a Registered Nurse RN with at least two years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing to join our team.

The role focuses on occupational health program support, care coordination, health assessments, phlebotomy, immunizations, and timely medical reporting, with a Mon-Fri 8am-4pm schedule and an hourly pay range of $42-$48.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
• ACLS and/or AED certification.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV blood draws and immunizations.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and basic medical data management.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor occupational health programs, provide care oversight and coordination of a wide range of services.
• Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with supervising occupational physician.
• Provide accurate, well-documented medical reports and help formulate procedures.
• Conduct job-specific health assessments and ongoing surveillance.
• Provide first aid, manage work-related injuries/illnesses and coordinate follow-up care.
• Perform phlebotomy and administer immunizations as required.
• Evaluate, monitor and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries under established protocols.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse RN with at least two years of experience in general medicine occupational health or emergency room nursing

Mon Fri 8am 4pm

Pay Range 42 48

What Youll Do

• Support & Monitor Occupational Health Programs Provide care oversight and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services
• Health Promotion & Education Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician
• Medical Reporting & Compliance Provide accurate well documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed
• Health Assessments & Surveillance Conduct job specific health assessments pre employment exams and ongoing health surveillance
• First Aid & Injury Case Management Provide first aid care manage work related injuries and illnesses and coordinate follow up care per protocol
• Clinical Expertise Perform phlebotomy IV blood draws and administer immunizations as required
• Occupational Illness & Injury Consultation Work under established protocols to evaluate monitor and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries

What Were Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse RN license in the state of practice
• At least 2 years of experience in general medicine occupational health or emergency room nursing
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS AED certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in phlebotomy IV blood draws and immunizations
• Strong computer skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical data management

Physical ability Requires standing and walking for up to five hours per shift; infrequent lifting of up to 15 lbs
