Job summary

CAREonsite, part of Tang & Company, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for occupational health and injury case management. PRN schedule, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; pay range $39-$46 hourly.

You will provide care, coordinate occupational health services, perform phlebotomy and immunizations, and compile accurate medical reports while supporting health promotion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Minimum 2 years in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency care.
• ACLS/AED certification as per American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV draws, and immunizations.
• Strong computer skills; basic medical data management.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor occupational health programs.
• Develop health promotion programs with supervising physician.
• Prepare accurate medical reports and assist with procedures.
• Conduct job-specific health assessments and pre-employment exams.
• Provide first aid and manage work-related injuries per protocol.
• Perform phlebotomy, IV draws, and immunizations as required.
• Evaluate and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries per protocols.

Join CAREonsite as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Occupational Health & Injury Case Management!

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: PRN- Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Pay Range: $39-$46 Hourly

What You’ll Do:

• Support & Monitor Occupational Health Programs – Provide care, oversight, and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services.
• Health Promotion & Education – Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician.
• Medical Reporting & Compliance – Provide accurate, well‑documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed.
• Health Assessments & Surveillance – Conduct job‑specific health assessments, pre‑employment exams, and ongoing health surveillance.
• First Aid & Injury Case Management – Provide first aid care, manage work‑related injuries and illnesses, and coordinate follow‑up care per protocol.
• Clinical Expertise – Perform phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and administer immunizations as required.
• Occupational Illness & Injury Consultation – Work under established protocols to evaluate, monitor, and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/AED) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and immunizations.
• Strong computer skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical data management.
• Physical ability – Requires standing and walking for up to five hours per shift; infrequent lifting of up to 15 lbs.

Additional Requirements:

• Assist with drug screens as needed.
