Job summary

Greens at Weaverville, Weaverville, NC, seeks Registered Nurses (RNs) for Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN roles with Day and Evening shifts. Up to $12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current, active North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one (1) year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care per individualized resident care plans.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Coordinate nursing care to promote resident safety and positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.

RN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Greens at Weaverville, you will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition, communicating with physicians and appropriate healthcare providers.
• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Coordinate nursing care to promote resident safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices, safety procedures, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented nursing environment.

Qualifications
