Job summary

Greens at Weaverville is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Weaverville, NC. The role supports residents with high-quality care within a team-focused environment.

We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $12,000 for full-time hires, competitive pay, same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and options for 12- or 16-hour shifts. Growth opportunities and educational assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual resident care plans and within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
• Collect and document health information and contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Guide and support nursing assistants as appropriate.
• Follow infection control practices and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote a safe, resident-centered care environment.

LPN Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Greens at Weaverville, you will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans and within the LPN scope of practice.
