Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN) for private duty home health care. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with shifts covering days and nights across Thursday through Sunday.

Competitive pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and benefits are offered for 30+ hours per week. Ideal candidates have 2 years in-home health care, are willing to travel up to 60 miles, and can work in multiple homes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice or LPN license as applicable.
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health care to patients in private residences.
• Deliver one-on-one patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to coordinate services.
• Travel between multiple homes up to 60 miles as needed.

Private Duty Caregiver

Thursday - Sunday 7am-7pm

Day Shift Pay Rate:

$45-$50 per hour on weekdays

$55 per hour on weekends

Night Shift Pay Rate:

$45-$50 per hour on weekdays

$55-$58 per hour on weekends

Sign On Bonus:$1,500

12-hour day shifts & night shifts available now!

Ideal candidates:

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
