Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty, in-home care in Michigan. This position offers full-time or part-time hours with benefits for 30+ hours per week and pays $40–$44 per hour.

You will deliver one-on-one care in clients' homes and coordinate with families to ensure safe, quality care. Ideal candidates have 2 years in-home health care, a current RN license, BLS, TB test, a valid driver's license, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have weekend availability (Sat & Sun)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes.
• Build close relationships with patients and families.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.
