Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RN) to provide private in-home care with a biweekly floater schedule. The role offers $48.00 - $50.00 per hour for full-time work aligned to a 36-hour week and a 6-on, 8-off rotation with 12-hour shifts alternating between Thursday to Tuesday.

We fill 2 day-shift and 2 night-shift positions. Candidates must hold an RN license in the state, current BLS, a TB test, and a valid driver’s license; travel up to ~60 miles and work across multiple homes

Qualifications

• 2 years in-home health care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in multiple homes and handle various care levels

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in the home setting

Full-Time Available (36 hours per week)

Private duty caregiver, Benefits at 30+ hrs/week

Pay Rate:$48.00 - $50.00 per hour

Shift:6 on, 8 off rotation. 12-hour shifts every other Thursday - Tuesday one-on-one in the patient's home.

Positions available: 2 full-time day shift positions & 2 full-time night shift positions

What we are looking for:

• 2 years of in-home health care experience required, DOL preferred
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts every other Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday (6 12-hour shifts in a row)
• Must be willing to travel, it could be less than or greater than 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes, work with any level of care, and have no restrictions (animals, smoking, lifting.)
• Must understand that patient assignment could be scheduled up to one hour prior to shift start

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse - RN in the state(s) of practice
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test (2-step skin test or QuantiFERON blood draw)
• Valid Driver's License
