Job summary

CNS Cares is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty home health care. Full-Time & Part-Time hours are available with benefits at 30+ hours per week. Shifts run 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, seven days a week, with pay rates of $32.00-$35.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates have in-home care experience, weekend availability, and the ability to travel up to 60 miles. Join CNS Cares to deliver compassionate care in patients' homes and work as part of a supportive team that puts care first.

Qualifications

• Current license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state(s) of practice.
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test.
• Valid Driver's License.

• 2 years of in-home health care experience


• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)


• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles


• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
