Job summary

CNS Cares is seeking a Registered Nurse for private duty home health care. Both full-time and part-time hours are available, with benefits at 30+ hours per week. Shifts run 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am, seven days a week, with pay rate of $40-$42 per hour.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of in-home health care experience, availability every other weekend (Sat/Sun), and willingness to travel up to 60 miles and work in multiple homes as needed. We offer a supportive team and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home health care experience.

• Willing to travel up to 60 miles to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in patients’ homes.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

• Current license as a Registered Nurse - RN in the state(s) of practice
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
