Job summary

Critical Nurse Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses for home health care. You will provide compassionate in-home nursing, following the patientCare Plan with a focus on safety and independence while supporting families and veterans in their homes.

Shifts are 12 hours, full-time or part-time, with every other weekend required. Competitive pay range and benefits accompany this meaningful, frontline healthcare role.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• CPR/BLS certification and TB test up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per RN home health standards.
• Follow Plan of Care to deliver safe, competent services.

• Supervise Aides and LPN visits as needed.

Pay Rate:$42.00-$46.00 per hour

Shift: 12-hour Shifts Full Time/Part Time

Every other weekend Required

Essential Functions:

Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:

• Provides direct patient care as described in state regulations for RN, in all cases involving nursing services.
• Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe & competent care to the patient.
• Assists in maintaining a healthy & safe environment.
• Evaluates the patient’s needs on a regular basis.
• Encourage the patient's independence but not exceed their capabilities outlined out in the Patient's Care Plan.
• Other duties as assigned.
• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for Aides and LPN’s. This position will perform supervisory visits as needed.

Critical Nurse Staffing (CNS) employees work in the privacy of each patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible in the comfort of their own home.

Requirements

Ideal Candidates:

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
