Job summary

CNS Cares, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for direct in-home care across private residences in New Mexico. The position offers both full-time and part-time options, including PRN shifts, with hourly pay between $55 and $60 plus sign-on and onboarding bonuses.

Candidates will provide comprehensive in-home nursing care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and ensure safety and quality of care while adhering to agency policies. 12-hour shifts are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (New Mexico).
• Current BLS certification and TB test.
• Complete and maintain required agency policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Monitor health conditions and report changes to supervisors.
• Support one-on-one patient care in home environments.
