Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota to oversee resident care in alignment with state standards and the facility’s QAPI program. You will perform comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and supervise nursing interventions to ensure high-quality person-centered care.

The role includes direct nursing services and education, with strict adherence to HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care and conduct comprehensive health assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee nursing interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Supervise nursing staff, ensure adequate staffing, and manage incidents.
• Participate in emergency and disaster procedures to promote residents’ wellbeing.

Education

Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing

Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse

Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care

Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities
