Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN to manage and supervise resident care, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with Minnesota BON standards. You will assess residents, develop detailed care plans, and oversee CNAs and nursing staff to maintain safety and optimal well-being.

The role emphasizes data-driven care planning, adherence to patient rights, and participation in QAPI initiatives within a supportive, patient-centered facility environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent foreign degree
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• CGFNS certificate or equivalent credentialing organization or full unrestricted license in Minnesota

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
• Be accountable for safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence and best practice into nursing care
