Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise resident care per Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Residents' Bill of Rights, and our QAPI program. The role includes health assessments, individualized care plans, and nursing interventions with IV therapy and PICC line care.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, maintaining a safe environment, supervising staff, ensuring adequate staffing, managing incidents, and participating in emergency

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care in line with standards and QAPI program.
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans.
• Oversee nursing interventions including IV therapy and PICC care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety protocols.
• Supervise staff, manage staffing, incidents, and emergency procedures.
