Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• CPR certification and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise resident care per Minnesota Board of Nursing and QAPI.
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident education.
• Ensure documentation, safety, staffing, and incident management.
