Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage and supervise resident care in accordance with Minnesota Board standards, the Residents’ Bill of Rights, and the facility’s QAPI program. The RN will perform comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and oversee nursing interventions while ensuring safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols.
• Administer nursing interventions, IV therapy, and PICC line care as needed.
• Participate in emergency and disaster procedures to protect resident wellbeing.
