Good Shepherd Home in Bethlehem is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time, day shift positions (12 hours, 7a-7:30p). The RN will promote and restore residents' health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.

The role includes delegating and evaluating care for residents, educating families, and ensuring holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Strong commitment to quality care is essential.

Qualifications

• Provides direct nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Delivers holistic care addressing physical, emotional, cognitive, social and spiritual needs.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the Nursing Process to develop and update residents' plan of care.
• Delegates and evaluates care rendered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Communicates residents’ progress and plan of care to the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
