Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility-wide clinical leadership during your shift.
• Support nursing team members and ensure safe, high-quality care.

• Conduct resident rounds and monitor condition changes.
• Oversee admissions, documentation, and infection-control practices.
• Step into Charge Nurse duties when needed, including medication administration.
