Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required (PA)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• 1 year of clinical experience required; LTC/rehabilitation preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; NAPNES certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Promotes and restores residents' health by completing the nursing process
• Collaborates with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Delegates and evaluate care assigned CNAs to meet resident care needs
• Provides emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and families
• Documents delivery of service and resident response to interventions
