Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the health and well-being of clients across our recovery programs in Rochester, MN. The RN will conduct health assessments, coordinate care, and guide medication oversight within a recovery-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, health screenings, treatment planning input, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license, unrestricted in Minnesota.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience, preferred in substance use disorder or behavioral health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and standard software.
• Ability to work in a recovery-oriented treatment setting.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessments, health screenings, and medication reviews.
• Coordinate healthcare services, referrals, and follow-up with treatment teams.
• Monitor client health status and respond to medical concerns.
• Assist with discharge planning and care continuity after program completion.
• Provide health education and guidance to staff and clients.
