Franciscan Health in Greenwood, IN is seeking an RN for Medicare Wellness on a full-time basis. The role is split 50/50 between Greenwood Parke Family Medicine and Madison Avenue Family Medicine.

Travel is required up to 50%. The RN provides patient care, administers medications, coordinates with the care team, and maintains detailed records in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Competenze

• Requires Associate’s Degree in Nursing or patient-care equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license by state board.

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions/side effects.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

RN Medicare Wellness Full-time, Monday through Friday. This position will be split 50/50 between two practices. Greenwood Parke Family and Madison Avenue Family Medicine.

Qualifications

Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board
