Job summary

Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time day shift role in Indianapolis, Indiana. The RN will develop and implement a comprehensive care plan, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Experience in a similar clinical setting is valued; BSN is desirable, and the unit operates with typical patient ratios and rotating holidays in a faith-based, mission-focused system.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each patient and actively implement, reassess, and evaluate the care plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Experienced and new graduate Nurses are welcome
