We have an exciting opportunity available at the Bedford Pediatric Outpatient Clinic for a compassionate and independent RN who thrives in a fast-paced, clinically diverse environment and enjoys educating patients and families. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with pediatric patients while utilizing critical thinking and assessment skills in an outpatient setting. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and most holidays, excluding Christmas and Thanksgiving. New team members will complete a six-week training period working two days per week. Following training, nurses are expected to work one weekend shift per month and one holiday per year. Flexibility and teamwork are essential, as team members are also expected to assist with same-day and future shift coverage when needed.
