Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD on PRN, part-time or full-time contracts. You will work in long-term care facilities and assisted living settings, assisting with daily activities and medications.

We offer shift options across days, evenings and nights, along with 24/7 on-call support and opportunities for free continuing education credits. LPN licensure in SD or reciprocal eligibility is required; prior LPN experience is valued

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or eligibility for reciprocity/multi-state
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• LPN experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
