Job summary

Interim HealthCare is the leading home care and healthcare staffing provider, serving Sioux Falls, Brookings, and Fargo with 34+ years in the area. We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN, part-time or full-time contracts across various shifts.

Typical duties include daily living activities assistance, medication passing, vitals, and monitoring patient status. An active SD LPN license or multi-state eligibility is required, along with 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license within SD or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility.
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards.
• LPN experience highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or contract staffing in long-term care facilities or assisted living settings.
• Aide with daily activities.
• Pass medications.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals.
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:
