Clinical Guidance: Serve as a primary resource for nursing staff on patient care standards, policies, and procedures.
Care & Therapy Planning: Design, document, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive patient care and therapy programs.
Resource & Staff Oversight: Direct nursing personnel, ensure proper care execution, and secure necessary medical equipment.
Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless continuity of care.
