• Execute advanced scrub and circulating roles for complex cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring precise instrument management and continuous patient monitoring.

• Provide critical clinical support by assisting anesthesia and surgical teams with invasive line access, intubation, and real-time physiological recording.

• Optimize preoperative environments through the expert preparation of specialized cardiovascular equipment and sterile surgical suites.

• Lead comprehensive patient care coordination by managing real-time documentation and cross-functional communication during high-stakes interventions.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
