Ascension in Cedar Park, Texas is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Ambulatory department. This full-time role features a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule, with primary responsibilities delivering compassionate nursing care per clinical protocols and coordinating patient plans with physicians.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas RN license, a nursing diploma or be enrolled in an Alternate Entry MSN program, BLS, and have two years of pediatric outpatient experience.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Clinical Experience: Bring two years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience, specifically within a pediatric outpatient clinic setting.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively support diverse patient populations.
