Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join a dedicated pediatric and maternal care team. You will float across NICU, Pediatric ICU, and related services, delivering patient-centered care while upholding patient rights.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ RN experience in Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU, MO (or compact) licensure, and BLS certification. Dayshift, full-time with weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• RN license in MO or compact license required
• 2 years of RN NICU/PICU experience
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process while protecting patient rights and confidentiality
• Float across Pediatric ICU, NICU, and related pediatric and maternal services including Mother Baby and Women’s Surgical units
• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient, high-quality care
• Maintain professional accountability and adhere to organizational standards and values

Position Overview

Requires at least 2 years of RN experience in Neonatal ICU or Pediatric ICU.

Will float across Pediatric ICU, NICU, and other pediatric and maternal services including Mother Baby, Women's Surgical, Pediatric ED, and Outpatient Services.

Schedule

Dayshift from 7a-7p, full-time, with weekend and holiday rotations.

Only experienced nurses; no new graduates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure, maintained current.
• Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds regularly, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and perform bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting tasks.
