Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in specialized units such as ICUs and ER, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while educating families on illness management and post-care needs. Participates in promoting patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and respecting patient values and cultural considerations. This safety-sensitive role requires alertness and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN licensure, and preferred experience of at least 2 years in acute care. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is a plus.
