Job summary

Ascension's Dell Children’s Center North in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated RN for pediatric acute care. You will deliver hands-on direct care, administer treatments, and partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe discharges and optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires Texas RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and preferred PALS. This is a day-shift, full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits and growth support.

Qualifications

• RN credential from the Texas Board of Nursing required before hire/date of transfer.
• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
