Job summary

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by telephone and walk-in; approve same-day visits when appropriate; assist with referrals and patient education; supervise medical assistants as needed.
• Assist physicians in procedures requiring nursing level support; administer immunizations and allergy shots; manage prescription requests; review laboratory results and communicate with patients.
• Run daily equipment controls; assist in charting for quality assurance; ensure correct billing codes; perform other routine office duties as requested.
